Damage to VERMOP, its employees and business partners can only be averted by observing laws and regulations. Therefore, compliance with the law and internal regulations is a top priority for VERMOP. Furthermore, VERMOP can only protect its company members and business partners from corresponding risks or damage if the “rules of the game” are observed.
The VERMOP whistle-blower system makes it possible to report any cases of misconduct to the appropriate bodies. Whistle-blowers will be protected from reprisals and need not fear any negative consequences for speaking out. Every tip-off is taken very seriously, regardless of whether the suspicion turns out to be true or false. However, deliberate false reports will not be tolerated.
To report suspected wrongdoing, whistle-blowers can contact us anonymously via an external and independent whistle-blower portal. The lawyers at the law firm OSR are available as a trustworthy reporting office that can be contacted around the clock by telephone, web form, email or fax. You will not incur any costs when using the whistle-blower system.
