VERMOP presents the new Shopster at the ISSA Interclean fair 2010 in Amsterdam.

The new VERMOP Shopster cleaning trolley offers all the functions of a conventional cleaning
trolley with the footprint of a wet mop trolley.
What makes it unique are its compact dimensions and the largest selection of floor cleaning systems on the market for a trolley of this size combined with smart solutions for material transport and disposal.
With the Shopster, surfaces of up to ca. 1,000 sqm. can be covered in result-oriented cleaning (corresponds to an effective wiping area of ca. 200 sqm.). Shopster is ideally positioned for example in fast food chain stores, in retail stores, in doctor’s practices and health centres, in small branches, for example bank or post office branches, in sanitary facilities and in the conventional cleaning of smaller premises.

With Shopster, VERMOP presents a compact trolley system that can be combined modularly with all floor cleaning systems for the first time ever.

VERMOP Salmon GmbH Gilching, 19 May, 2009. Mid-year, VERMOP has taken on a new look with a new logo and new corporate design.

The focus at VERMOP has always been on innovation. This also marks the new corporate image with which VERMOP is presenting itself on the market.

The new VERMOP lettering is modern, clear and timeless in its design. The overall logo with its distinctive symbolism echoes the swinging motion of wiping and thus builds the bridge to floor cleaning – VERMOP’s original core business.

VERMOP, leading manufacturer of manual cleaning tools, was awarded with the „Best for Russia 2008“ award at the cleaning trade fair ExpoClean/ Pulire in December 2008 in Moscow. In the “Professional Cleaning Tools” category, VERMOP won the first price “Best for Russia 2008” with its Twixter floor mopping system.

The fair, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, is one of the main meeting points for Russian cleaning professionals. Primexpo, organizer of the ExpoClean, the International Institute of Care for Buildings and "Professional Cleaning" – the Russian cleaning journal have launched the contest "Best for Russia" for the cleaning industry for the first time this year.

The contest was focused on most appropriate accordance of the product with Russian cleaning market requirements, its capacity to increase labour quality and productivity, its convenience for cleaning contractors and its safety for end users.

The award for the Twixter system was presented by the jury to Heinrich Kern, Export Manager at VERMOP during a reception.

The VERMOP Twixter floor mopping system was first introduced in 1996. The patented, double sided mopping system guarantees a significant increase in floor cleaning efficiency. With one operation, users can wet-mop the floor with one side of the mop and immediately dry clean the area by simply turning over the mop holder – without mop change.
