A clean textile unit with tag is placed in the scanner.

Recording
The scan is started and the textiles recorded, counted and assigned to the account “Store” or “Station”.

Delivery
Textile units are delivered for use to the pre-determined stations.

Hand scanner (optional)
An additional hand scanner makes it possible to transfer pre-assembled stocks to specific stations or cost centres on location.

Cleaning
The assigned textiles are used in the cleaning locations.

Return delivery
Soiled textiles are delivered back to the laundry.

Return allocation to the laundry
The soiled textiles are scanned again, recorded once more, counted and deducted from the account to which they had previously been assigned.

With the new MopLog scanner system, VERMOP provides the pioneering solution for the administration, documentation and monitoring of cleaning textiles. The Mop Log Scanner electronically records mops and other textiles by RFID technology. So certain mop, cloth or other textile units can be assigned clearly to an individual customer or cleaning operatives. MopLog guarantees the complete tracking of every RFID-chip equipped mop. The system ensures precise monitoring of when a cleaning operative was at work in a particular premises, and the number of mops used, or tells you which mop delivery went to which customer This dimension of administration significantly increases efficiency in everyday business. Manual counting, registration and searches for lost mop covers become unnecessary.
